RETURNS

Not feeling the love for your purchase (No pasa nada!) We happily accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and hygiene liners attached and intact for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. Regular-priced and discounted items (FINAL SALE items excluded) can be returned within 14 days of the order date for a refund to your original payment method or as store credit via a gift card. 

Items labeled as FINAL SALE are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.

 

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

USA and Canada returns: Please email us at hola@shopcasasol.com and describe the issue in detail, including reason for return, along with your order number.  Once the return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. USPS for US returns and Canada Post or UPS for Canada returns.

International Returns: Please email us at hola@shopcasasol.com with a detailed description of the issue, including your reason for the return and your order number. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. There will be no restocking fee for international returns; however, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs and any applicable duties.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or you simply are not happy with your item, please contact us at hola@shopcasasol.com and return within 14 days of the order date. We will reply within 48 hours.

 

WHAT WILL THE REFUND METHOD FOR MY RETURN BE?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

 

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

WHAT ABOUT PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

While we don't offer price adjustments at this time, we're constantly striving to provide the best value and service to our customers.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from hola@shopcasasol.com with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

 

SHIPPING:  

We offer standard shipping on all orders, with free standard shipping in Canada and US on all orders exceeding $200CAD before tax and after discounts.  Orders will be processed and packed within 1-3 days of purchase.  Shipping duration varies based on location.  Kindly anticipate additional processing time during high seasonal peak periods and promotional events due to increased order volumes.

Please Note:  International orders are subject to Import Duties, Taxes and their associated administrative fees. The customer (‘the importer’) is responsible for payment of these costs - they are not paid for by Casa Sol.   Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please check the De Minimus Value applicable to the country of importation. This value varies from country to country, and is used to determine the duty-free allowance of the shipment. If your order value is above the allowance, you may be charged importation duties, taxes and their associated administrative fees.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number to the email provided.
