How can I find the right size for me?

Each brand has its own sizing chart. You can find size guides on the product page of each bikini. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

Up to what size do the brands you carry offer?

The sizes available vary by brand. 

The brands we carry offer sizes ranging from XS to XXXL, and some brands also provide extended sizing options.  If the size you are seeking is not available, please reach out to our customer care team at hola@shopcasasol.com, as some brands can custom-make your size upon request.  Please refer to the specific size chart on the product page for accurate sizing information.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them directly from our website.

Products and Care

How should I care for my bikini?

We recommend hand washing your bikini in cold water with mild detergent and laying it flat to dry. Avoid using bleach, ironing, or machine washing and drying to maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric. Additional care instructions below.  

  • Avoid rough surfaces (pool edges, rocks, concrete) to prevent snagging.
  • Handle with care around jewelry and bags.
  • Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Do not scrub or twist macramé detailing.
  • Press gently to remove excess water; do not wring.
  • Lay flat to dry in shade, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • Do not machine wash or dry.
  • Store folded in a cool, dry place to maintain shape and integrity.

Do you offer any eco-friendly or sustainable options?

Sustainable options vary by brand. However, as a company, we partner with Oceana Canada to protect and restore the world's oceans by donating $2 for every purchase made.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately at hola@shopcasasol.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

What if my item is Out of Stock?

Ensure to provide your email address so that you can be notified as soon as the product arrives.  Alternatively, you can also contact our customer service team at  hola@shopcasasol.com to see if the item is available for pre-order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, standard shipping within the USA  and Canada takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
